This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

This was my first time to stay in a Z Hotel. I totally loved it! I was in one of the smallest rooms, but I was solo and it worked out just fine. You could make it work with a couple as long as you planned to be out and about most of the day. It was very clean. It was very quiet. The location could not be beat. Wonderful hotel and staff; what you would expect for the $$$$! Only drawback I experienced was the room was too masculine with little regard for a female's hair and make up needs for a mirror, lighting and plug in the same location. Additionally only seating for 1 in the room; had to ask for another chair to create a sitting area. Staff extremely responsive. Expedia VIP free breakfast was truly a bonus!
