"Very convenient location and the staff were extremely friendly. They gave us great recommendations for dinner. Our room was very clean and included a coffee pot, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast included the traditional assortment of meats, cheeses, pastries as well as hot foods. I highly recommend checking out the Milo if you are in Porto!"

Lovely staff ,nice terrace and complimentary drink on arrival a nice touch . very clean and quiet room ( we were on 5th floor ) , could do with a kettle but had coffee and fridge , all in all a great place to stay for a short city break , the Lamberts , Bristol"

"We booked a kitchenette for 6 nights and we were given a room with no cooktop or proper utensils to use in the microwave. When we complained, we were told that all the units were the same and the kitchenettes were only a supplement.We booked with them because of the kitchenette. After 3 nights of being in a room with mold, they allowed us to switch and the new room had a functioning kitchenette. Also had proper tv channels. Didn't appreciate being lied to. The location was ok. Do not book...
