"The hotel was generally nice and clean. Staff was kind. The gym is nice and complete. The only issue we had was the shower who was leaking a bit on the floor outside. Otherwise i would recommand it."

"We had a good stay at the hotel, which is located right in the center of Porto city center. It is 100 meters from the Metro station. Pretty much walking distamce to majority of the points of interest place. The hotel is clean and quiret. "

"We booked a kitchenette for 6 nights and we were given a room with no cooktop or proper utensils to use in the microwave. When we complained, we were told that all the units were the same and the kitchenettes were only a supplement.We booked with them because of the kitchenette. After 3 nights of being in a room with mold, they allowed us to switch and the new room had a functioning kitchenette. Also had proper tv channels. Didn't appreciate being lied to. The location was ok. Do not book...
