"The hotel was gorgeous. Everything was super clean and the decor was beautiful. Our room was very big and had access to a terrace that overlooked the street. The hotel staff was amazing. Rita gave us wonderful food recommendations and was so helpful during our stay. The location is also perfect. You are only a five-minute walk from the train station. You are very close to the big pedestrian shopping streets, and a short walk down to the river. There are tons of good restaurants and shops nearby. We only wished we could've stayed longer. If we come back to Porto we are absolutely staying here again."

"Porto was amazing and the balcony view was chefs kiss! On the left side we weren’t able to open both doors fully as it seems that the right door was broken. But on the right side our balcony door was able to open to a beautiful view of the street way outside. It truly gave the Porto vibe and it was great! Other than that the stay had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and vocal on directions. Wanted to give a heads up that the septic tank does have a smell to it in the washroom. I believe this is due to their system but this only was prevalent when we arrive back into the place near the washroom area. Thankfully the smell didn’t flow into our living room area. Our trip is to keep the toilet seat down and close the washroom door so that the smell doesn’t bother you as much. It only last for a while but wasn’t a big hassle to us which is why we still think this place deserves a 5."
