"Spotless hotel in a great location. Staff was kind and helpful but sometimes overwhelmed when there was only one person working. The room itself was very nice just a few amenities that didn’t really make sense. The tv enclosed in glass is not necessary and the bathroom mirror is basically not usable if you are actually trying to see something such as putting on make up or grooming. Overall a great stay just a few picky things on my end."

"I was confused when I search the hotel in Expedia this day, because I’m not sure which one is the real hotel with reception and help desk, not the property rented by owner. This one is a real hotel where receptions are very helpful and prompt when needed. Not like one that rented by owner which complicates to check in, check out or have questions. And also this hotel is very convenient, close to tourist attractions, just walk able, good restaurants and close to tran station. I very like this place. A+++++"

"This is an amazing place in an absolutely perfect location for exploring Porto. It is close to many of the city’s highlights, including the Dom Luís I Bridge, the wineries in Gaia, Livraria Lello, Clérigos Church, and São Bento railway station. We found it incredibly convenient to walk to many of the main attractions. If you are on the top floor, the stairs are quite a workout . If you have heavy luggage, be prepared for the climb. One other thing to note is that the air conditioning does not cool the apartment as much as we would have liked. It is certainly better than the temperature outside, but the room can still feel quite warm at night. Overall, though, the location is simply perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay."
