"The resort is a bit further up north of Cancun in Mujeres beach. We spent a week there and the experience is great. Dinner is superb with different options to choose from. Entertainment is awesome, and kids friendly. On-site day care is available, we just did not have a chance to utilize the facilities. Will recommend as family vacation spot"

The water is miles of shallow, crystal-clear blue, almost like a giant natural pool, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and very kid-friendly. "Everyone went out of their way for us. The front desk, bartenders, and concierge were very accommodating. The rooms were old but clean. There was a mini bar(no alcohol) and coffee maker which were all convenient. Oh and nightly entertainment lead by GIO was very fun. If you have a choice stay here at the Krystal Cancun NOT the Krystal Grand. "

"Beautiful beach! Great service , everyone of the staff were very friendly. Food was good , nothing amazing but good. They could improve on food that is grab and go. Everywhere you sit down and have a server. We would have loved to get a burger or a pizza and sit on the beach with it. But definitely worth going for the beach & pool!"
