"Spent a lot of money and this hotel cannot even provide a shuttle to airport after asking the day before we left. Apparently bus was full and they didn’t care and brushed us off , will never use a riu chain again, I’ll spend it elsewhere"

"Nice clean resort. Staff members are amazing. Entertainment staff gets everyone involved. House keeping did a great job. At one point they were cleaning the room and we had to get something out, they verified it was actually our room prior to letting us enter. Over all great small family resort."
"The hotel is worth the money—the rooms are new and clean. They clean and change the towels every day. The beach is also cleaned daily, and the staff is very polite. I would have liked a bit more variety in the food."
