"We had 3 ocean view balcony rooms, which were great. Two were not ready upon our arrival but they upgraded two of the rooms immediately--to an ocean view suite with living and bedroom spaces. The spa had a great menu of offerings of which we took advantage of as well. All great. The staff was friendly and very accommodating--providing directions, offering drinks, etc. We purchased the preferred status which allowed us exclusive access to quality drinks, an all-day buffet, specialty...
