"Room was blazing hot. Pillows and bed are garbage. Was missing facecloths and couldn’t reach front desk. Called multiple times, finally called outside line and someone answered. Waited 20 minutes for them to deliver, no one showed. Called again. "

"Staff in the breakfast area started putting things away before the end of breakfast time and were annoyed when people requested items. Sports teams staying in the hotel opening and closing doors multiple times early 6:30 am with no regard for other guests -no other guest should be in areas in the middle of "teams"areas""

"The front desk girl was all by herself at a very busy time. 6pm. She was carrying a huge stack of towels while there was a lineup at the check in desk. Everyone waiting was annoyed. She was obviously trying her best to do multiple jobs. It was a busy Saturday night so that’s the hotels fault not hers. The restaurant was the same. Busy Saturday night. One guy trying to handle everything. The phone in my room didn’t work. I was travelling for work and was kept awake by kids screaming in the pool until 11pm. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if travelling for work. I had to be up at 5:30am. With kids in the hallway and the screeching in the pool I was exhausted Sunday for my seminar. "

"Good breakfast , beds aren’t very comfortable and the hotel is pretty dated . Our room looked like an animal had chewed the corners of the bed frame. "

"Clean room. The beds were soft. I was pleasantly surprised by the hard floor in the room. Breakfast lady rushed us out cuz it was 10 but she still had more to do and I was feeding my baby. "

"Room was clean but the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was sloped and felt like I was falling off the side. "
