This is our favorite hotel in Fort Saskatchewan. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is always great. Our favorite room is the king suite. Lots of room and you have an area to relax in.

Room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Only minor things was random hairs in the bathroom and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower.

The hallway stinks of nasty smoke, doors dont latch on properly (including bathroom door), I regretted turning on the heater (it pumped out nasty smell and dust). The breakfast lady was very nice though and there was variety for breakfast. Probably the only good part of the stay here.

Staff are exceptional, had fantastic service from all members even though some staff were very new. Hotel is older and in need of some love but the beds were comfy and linens were clean. Main floor bathrooms could use some soap and paper dispensers and air fresheners in there and the elevators would be priceless. Laundry room also needs some attention. Breakfast was fantastic and the lady organizing it was extremely outgoing and friendly. She made my morning complete with her cheerful demeanor and above expectation service! I’d stay again simply based on staff.

My room had a filthy air conditioner that was too loud to keep on while trying to sleep. The grout in the shower looked nasty. Pillows were awful.

It was ok, nothing special. Coffee tasted like the pot had never been cleaned.

Had a quick family trip and enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was decent, and having onsite parking was very convenient. There were also several nearby dining options within walking distance.

The AC wasn’t working and it was very very hot in the room. They wouldn’t give us another room. And the second night they never had another room ready for us even tho they said they would and finally we got another room and it was made and was dirty.

The hallways felt like a sauna the entire stay. The air conditioner was broken in the initial room that I booked. After the staff tried to fix it due to not having a maintenance person after 5:00 they assigned me another room. The air did work in there, however we discovered that the sink at the entrance was leaking and almost flooded the room due to the pipes being held together with electrical tape that let go. The facility is in dire need of some maintenance. It was sad to see this building in such need of repairs. The staff were great considering the circumstances.
