"The entire property reeked of "Weed" While it was mostly the clientele of the hotel, it was not a pleasant experience and definitely not suitable for a family."

"Would NEVER stay here again! The shower had hair still in it from whoever stayed in the room before me. I payed for early check in thinking I would be able to relax and enjoy my stay and that didn’t happen. 2 different birthday parties where going on at the same time! The pool was so filthy and dirty and had 30 kids in it. Me and my children couldn’t even get in it. There were no clean towels in the pool area. In the pool ended up having to be shut down and closed due to maintenance needing to be done on it after everyone else got to use it. The hot tub had cold water shooting out of the jets so I couldn’t enjoy that either. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. It was a complete disaster and waste of money!!!"

"Didn’t see any bugs, or stains in the morning, but the bed made me itchy for some reason. The room had a pungent order of feet/sweaty socks. There were mystery, bodily fluid stains on the headboard. And a buildup of filth in the tight corners of the bathroom. Was passing through the area on a road trip, and stayed here just long enough to sleep the night. It was dirt cheap, but even then I don’t think I would stay here again. "

"Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! "

"Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay."

"Plates, silverware, pots, panda and utensils require a $200 fee so didn't get to use the kitchenette fully. Was able to use microwave as intended though. Floor in elevator was squishy. Fire alarm randomly went off. TV remote was sticky, bedding stained and handprints on headboard. Fine for a budget stay overall though "
