The rooms were super clean and spacious. Value for money. Cleanest of hotels in the area. Hot Breakfast had lots of good options. Pool with jets was too good. Front desk gave us fresh towels and extra blankets as requested.

Not good. I’d pay a little more to stay down the street. There are signs saying it’s non-smoking but the whole place smelled foul of cigarettes. Half the lights in my bathroom didn’t turn on. The security latch on my room door was broken. The breakfast was definitely shabby. No fruit, the waffle batter was very watered down and stuck to the iron even with the provided spray. By 7:30am most of the items were gone with nobody around to ask about it. We only saw someone at check in. Tried to check out and nobody was around in the lobby again.

Nice clean hotel with good big size and clean rooms. I have stayed in many places but only this Quality Inn provides good hot Breakfast with fantastic Pool. Comfortable beds/pillows and clean sheets. Nice staff members. Value for money!

The only complaint I have is the breakfast, both days we came down for it there was hardly anything left, and so we had the same 3 things that was out. Barely ate breakfast the last day there so we went to Dennys up the road.

The staff was ok but not overly friendly. The room was not clean. There were crumbs on the floor, dirt on bathroom floor, sticky rings on the bedside table and a bug on the bed. The linens were clean and bed was comfortable. The pool area was beautiful.

Management was supposed to refund reservation made in error. Either the hotel or Expedia didn't follow through with promise of refund.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years or so because it is a convenient location between our home and the home of our daughter. I rated it highly in the past but my opinion totally chnged on this trip. The fundamental problem is that, at least at present, the property seems short of staff. I heard the desk clerk say on Sunday afternoon she was the only person other than cleaners. In the morning breakfast was more than 30 minutes late because the desk clerk also had the job of setting up the breakfast. I think he may, however, also have just been lazy as I was up well before 6 and saw no one around. It made a particularly unpleasant morning for me as I had two hangry grandchildren who were up early and wanted breakfast.

Where to start..the only time we saw ANY staff was at check-in, which went well. the room was very dusty. There was a dead fly in bathroom floor along with someones hair..The shower didn't drain, by the time I was done showering I was standing in water over my ankles--gross! 45 mintues later water was still in the tub! I tried to report but there was no staff to talk to. there was a phone number to call, but no one answered. Breakfast- no lids for coffee. I even looked in all the cabinets but didn't find any. Coffee was also gross. I wanted to check out because we were so unhappy, but had paid at check-in. We will never stay at this hotel again. We would like some type of refund or credit if possible. We were in room 122. other thing...suppose to be a smoke free facility but the smell of POT was very strong.
