The room was set amongst manicured gardens . It was really clean and well equipped.

It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again

Great location and brand new hotel. Parking a car is not on-site which is a bit of a bummer but nice walkability and easy Hwy access. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice and clean!

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

Air conditioning was good. Room was clean.

Only there for one night but room was clean, comfortable and quiet and views from rooftop bar were amazing. Excellent location and service.

We were able to check in early for our one night stay. Room was comfortable and very clean - what you expect from Sofitel. Location was great - in walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and Rundle Mall. Had a very early flight so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Would stay here again.

Pleasant friendly staff, well appointed rooms and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the airport. Good food and reasonably priced.

Clean and friendly staff

This is an excellent location. Minutes from the marina, aquarium (well worth the visit) and shopping. There are a lot of great upgrades and this is very clean. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This is truly a mom and pop 5 star hotel, and make sure you engage with Peter. You will feel the pride and caring he has in his hotel.

It is very attractive looking on the inside, including the reception area, but in particular the dining / bar and breakfast areas. The breakfast area has a breathtaking view of the lake. Location is very central to the lakes area, where you can see water on both sides from the road. Ample Parking space, but then again my visit was off season. The staff is really friendly and laid back. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere at the bar was lively with music and young people...

We were nervous about noise when we realised that the river view rooms overlooked the railway line as well but the bedrooms are double glazed and we slept just fine! The hotel is a great location for getting around on the free trams too. Staff are incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the internet which was incredibly slow for a major city. We’re from New Zealand but this won’t be an issue for locals.
