Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.
We loved our time at this hotel! It’s beautiful with comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and safe location. The staff was very helpful. They let us check in early and helped arrange taxis for us. The pool was nice. They have storage for your bags before check in / after check out. It’s a little ways from the main attractions in Palma which is nice because it’s quiet. We would stay here again!
The only complaint I have was regarding parking. There was plenty, but it’s far away. The staff were incredibly helpful, from ordering cabs, assisting with our bikes, storing our bike boxes, making recommendations and generally be some of the most kind and helpful people we’ve ever had at a hotel. Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...
This is newly remodeled, and we had a great stay. Our room was not on the pool side, which saved us $ and was quieter. Great food: unlimited brunch was just super. Something for everyone. Live DJ but chill music, not a party hotel. Small but lovely pool for lounging. One block from the fast bus to Palma or the airport, so we didn't need to rent a car.
