"THEY STOLE MONEY FROM OUT ROOM / NOS ROBARO NUESTRO DINERO DEL CUARTO no one did anything about it !!! do not stay in this hotel !! the manager even said that they knew of more people that had the same issue but did t know what was happening !! they went through my wallet and my husband’s wallet and took all of out cash !!!"

"The staff & service were phenomenal - all of them! The property overall is very nice. It was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature in our room and the towels were very thin. The pool towels seemed much newer. There are three great pools, but only TWO stalls in the women’s restroom down there. ALWAYS a long line!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the big shady area (palm trees)at the beach. The buffet is huge and the food is really good. The “coffee shop” has good iced coffees. The Italian and the Indian restaurants are delicious!! We loved that the resort was covered with beautiful trees and bushes. Great resort!!!!!"

"The resort was beautiful and very clean. The groundskeepers were working tirelessly to keep it immaculate. The wildlife was one of our favorite parts! Good food, good drinks, fabulous pool. The sargassum at the beach was a bit of a bummer, but didn’t stop us from enjoying the ocean once we were past it. Some things are a bit dated, but they will be renovating this summer. Would go back!"

"Wonderful property, great location to downtown Playa del Carmen, vast assortment of foods all with excellent quality. In room full size bar...staff that is quick, helpful and always smiling! Lovely evening shows!! Bravo!! Especially for the price in comparison to other properties next door. Only downfall was, we wished the ac got cooler...it said 18c (65f) but felt more like 72f Definitely will revisit!"

"Excellent resort. Beautiful beach, great pools, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the grounds were meticulous. It would have been nice if the coffee machine in the restaurant by the beach had been turned on and pastries or something available before 7am for us early risers."
