"Hotel is generally worn down feeling. At my stay the radiant heat was out of control and a/c couldn't keep up. Rest of the experience can be summed up as it's simply an older building. Staff did what they could. "

"Looks like they renovated a few years back but unfortunately did not do the bathroom. Tub and shower desperately need replaced. Staff was very friendly. Personally a bit over priced for what i received. No water bottles for free so bring your own water."

"My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing for the orange juice and said he’d speak with the kitchen team. He did exactly that and the orange juice was considerably better this stay. We didn’t use the pool so we can’t comment on it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. "

"General overall cleanliness lacking throughout hotel. Breakfast buffet was terrible, rooms very outdated. The best part was the pool and atrium. Overall unlikely to stay there again. "
