Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burns all over floor and bathroom. Poor door locks. Filthy mattress-sheets were clean. Was given a small electric heater as the room was cold. The place was clean but the things I listed would prevent me from going back.

This is the cheapest place to stay in the town of Innisfail. Although it looks sketchy and people are actually living there, our stay was satisfactory. We only really stayed here because Motel 6 up the street did not allow pets.

Its great if all u need is a shower, nice and warm, clean bed and a safe place to stay. Lots live here by the month. Character stay. Very affordable. I would stay here again. I had no issues. Nice receptionist.

Even at the low price it is not worth it. Plus they tried to keep my deposit. They were not surprised when I called saying they had kept it. I had to call my credit card company then the motel returned my money. Watch your account. People should give honest reviews so other travellers do not waste their money No kitchenette which I had booked , even though few rooms were booked I got a loud one right by the highway. Dirty and smells even with odour stick they had sat on the microwave. Bathroom dirty and mold, lights and electrical not safe, headache due to odour? Had to leave my things out in the truck so they would not stink in the morning. I have pictures. TV very small bed hard and very old, pillows harder than the bed and small, patches on the wall and dirty carpet. I have worked oil field jobs travelling around the world and stayed in rough rooms but this has to be the worst. Among other things it needs paint and deep clean, but even that wouldn’t really help

Definitely an older building. The AC unit didn't have any knobs on the controls and caused all the lights to flicker when on, the couch had chunks of foam torn out, and the bed was very creaky. You get what you pay for and it did have lots of parking

Not great.

Cost effective but really not on very good condition. Non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke with cigarette burn marks all over the. Bathroom sink. Either it was previously a smoking room or people smoke in it anyways. Like I said it was a cheap nights stay but I would not stay again. For a few extra dollars 2 hotels just down the road are far nicer. Host was friendly upon checkin/checkout.
