"The beds were comfortable and the rooms were just clean and modern. We had access to a terrace from our room which made it so much fun to come back to after exploring. Also, the front desk staff was amazing; especially Ruben who seems to work the night shift. He was super attentive!"

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Tiago at reception was especially impressive—he spoke three languages flawlessly during our check-in and made us feel so welcome. For my husband’s birthday, the hotel surprised him with a beautiful chocolate torte and a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. And lastly, the buffet breakfast was quite simply the best I have ever seen or tasted. The selection, quality, and presentation were incredible! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel had a lovely fresh scent when we walked in and it was very clean and contemporary. As a family of 4 we had an interconnecting room, we had to wait an hour or so for the second room to become available but the staff kept us informed and were apologetic about the delay. The shower is wonderful, great pressure and the products were a lovely quality. The beds were so very comfortable and we all slept very well for our duration. The location is great, the hotel is situated walking distance to a metro station which was great for our sightseeing plans. There is also a lovely park near the metro station. Being from London, we were able to navigate the metro to take us to Rossio Square, Sintra (with a switch to overground) and the Aquarium with relative ease. The towels for the pool were available via a card system, there was a day where there weren’t any towels left for us at 5.30pm, which was a little inconvenient however we were able to borrow some from the spa. We also were able to book and use the indoor pool for an hour during our stay which was fun for the children as the max capacity is 6. There is a lifeguard on duty which is a good thing as the max pool depth is 2m. My children felt a little restricted with the pool as you can’t jump in however given that there are mainly adults sunbathing around the pool area, it is likely that this is for maintaining a serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. The duty manager was very accommoda"

"Personnel très amical, déjeuner très bon et varié. Par contre, nous sommes un peu déçu car il n’y a jamais eu de popcorn prêt et neuf en 5 jours, ça semblait toujours être le même fond. Aussi la piscine ferme quand même tôt et il y a souvent beaucoup de gens donc on ne pouvait pas s’asseoir! Sinon nous retournerions avec plaisir dans cet hôtel très bien placé à 2 min du métro et quelques restaurants pas trop loin."
