Clean room, the view was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They sent up champagne and cheese and fruit plate for the first day as a welcoming gift and the next day I was surprised with a bottle of champagne and dessert for my birthday. Excellent service and would highly recommend to stay here.

Nice hotel with good price/quality ratio. Rooms need a little bit of renovation. Location quite far from downtown and main spots (although Uber fares are very affordable). Breakfast was not included and charged 27€ (definitely too much). Clever and efficient staff

I will stay here again.

Very friendly staffs and excellent service. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am for the airport. Since their breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 6:30, they packed us breakfast sandwiches, drinks and fruit! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lisbon.

Dom Pedro was amazing

Everything was 5 Star about this stay including service and accommodations. A short drive to the airport and a short taxi ride to cuidad centro so it’s easy to experience the city but a comfortable distance to enjoy a quiet stay and have easy access to parking. The city views from the rooms are incredible.

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights at the end of a 15 day vacation in Portugal. Pros: - The hotel is beautiful and clean - The rooms were very clean with turndown service. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive in addressing any issues that were raised. - There is a mall across the street with some great shops with a good food court and a great Brazilian buffet restaurant that we really enjoyed for dinner. Cons: - Before heading to Lisbon, I sent 3 messages to the hotel (2 through Hotels.com and one directly to the hotel) and never received a response. - The cost for breakfast is fairly steep and there are no other restaurants in the neighbourhood serving breakfast - The hotel is at least a 25 mins bus ride to the historical centre and not always the easiest to get to depending on the time of day. - The pool and hot tub are only accessible until 8 pm and would have been great if they were available until 10 pm. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Solides Stadthotel mit guter Lage und grosszügigen, sauberen Zimmern. Der Check-In verlief schnell und reibungslos und ich konnte das Zimmer vor der ordentlichen Check-In-Zeit beziehen, was sehr hilfreich war. Der Service an der Bar ist noch verbesserungswürdig und das Frühstücksbuffet blieb gegenüber vergleichbaren Hotels hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Alles in allem kann man das Dom Pedro Hotel aber mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen, insb. aufgrund der tollen Lage mit dem Amoreiras Einkaufszentrum gleich gegenüber sowie zahlreichen guten Restaurants in der Nähe.
