"Nice and clean hotel. It’s ky first time in Lisbon and although they are not located in the city center, you can get there via bus or metro in about 15 mins. They don’t have a gym or laundry facility so I had to go one block over to wash my clothes. I stayed in room 430 which is right under the 5th floor restaurant so I can hear a lot of moving furnitures, would not recommend this room if you want to sleep in."

"Pool was extremely busy and people saving lounge chairs so there wasn’t anywhere to sit. The evening bartender lady didn’t know how to make a Porto Tonic and was so rude to us. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The lobby was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. They didn’t allow early checkins so everyone was at the pool waiting for rooms. The hotel was well located and nice and clean."
