"The location is good but pool area’s small and unable to swim morning laps before 9:00am as is pool closed. There are multiple poolside rooms making it busy and unable to get a day bed. Restaurant was nice. We experienced the Mexican themed night buffet which was good. Great entertainment. Staff were awesome. Had a massage in the hotel spa which was ordinary. Room was pleasant nice bed. Overall 3/5"

"An amazing beachfront property with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We especially loved the garden-view balconies, which provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. A fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout the day. We were impressed with both the quality and service in the restaurants. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Sanur without needing transport. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely pool areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, great food, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would highly recommend Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️😊"

"If you want a ‘sit by the pool’ resort this is not your hotel, however if, like us, you want to be out all day and want a hotel that is clean in a good location to rest your head - this is perfect. Good location, clean rooms, lovely staff. A wee bit noisy. Fitness centre is small but functional with well maintained equipment. Good room service."

"Highly recommend this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only a short walk to the main street or a taxi ride. Even though on the bypass road you cannot hear any road noise inside. It's well maintained and very clean. Breakfast buffet daily had a great choice. Staff were always helpful and smiling, the spa on sight was a bonus, not expensive and able to go back to your room straight after."

"The gym equipment felt unclean and appeared poorly maintained. Some machines were also quite noisy, suggesting possible mechanical wear. As for the room, while the building itself is older, it was generally well-cleaned and comfortable to stay in. The only disappointment was the pillows, which had an unpleasant odor."
