I booked one night and extended to 3 while visiting friends in Bali.I loved the room design with private garden, outdoor shower and watch Aussie Rules Football on satellite TV live.The staff made my friends very welcome with afternoon tea and Balinese treats. They explained their coffee beans comes from Bandung... the Javanese home of coffee. I can highly rate this property. 5/5

My husband and I booked two nights here for the beginning of our honeymoon in Bali. We arrived at 1:30 am and a nice gentleman was waiting for us at the airport with our names on a sign. We arrived at the hotel and fresh juice and wet towels were waiting for us. The hospitality was so nice. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Our family recently stayed at Villa Seriska Satu for 3 nights. The service we received from the Owner Nilesh was exceptional, and the staff catered to needs very well. We loved the food, and the willingness of the staff to make our stay special. The villa is a little older than some but is exceptionally clean, comfortable, very spacious and the pool is great. There are many restaurants close by, including some of the very funky beachfront cafes. We would definitely stay at this villa again...

Amazing hotel, incredibly attentive staff, mind blowing breakfast, high quality dinner and wine, lovely complimentary drinks and snacks to compensate the construction work onsite. Want to come back!!!

The service, people, environment, and setup were all excellent! With a slight exception, many flies were at the restaurant during dining, which took away from the experience.

We spent the December holiday week here in a 2 bedroom villa with our teenagers and had a fantastic time. The villa is large and well laid out and the private pool with cabana was just perfect. For us, the highlight of this hotel was the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to answer any questions we had. The hotel itself is lovely, and our room was quite comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers both Asian and western options. This is a small, beautiful gem of a hotel in busy Bali. Going down the long driveway to the pleasant lobby and leaving the traffic and bustle behind is just the beginning. Our villa was true villa, a completely separate space with our own pool, garden, living area, bedroom and bath, with separate outside shower, all completely private and strategically hidden from view from the nearby villas. The service was perfect, quick, complete and friendly. There's nothing to make you feel like royalty...

Entering the hotel, the gardens are immaculate, trees and flowers. The pool is inviting and the restaurant overlooks the pool area. There are sun beds in the sun and under cover. The rooms are beautifully decorated and having a coffee machine was exceptional. Outdoor table and chairs outside on the patio was a good way to relax and unwind. This is by far one of the BEST hotels we've stayed at. For our children (1, 9 & 12) it was amazing. The pool was amazing and the layout of our 3 bedroom villa (D2) was just beautiful. The pool is not fenced so watch your little ones who are non-swimmers. When we first walked in, it looked like paradise. We spent the month of February 2015 traveling around Bali and our last two days at the Segara Village. Stayed on the second floor of one of the bungalow units. Very modern and clean. A new, modern hotel in Sanur. Not on the beach, maybe two blocks away, but almost half the cost. There's a nice pool and a decent spa. Staff is courteous, all speak English well. I LOVED eveything about this hotel. The apartment was very spacious and clean with all anenities you need including filtered hot/cold water. The staff always had a smile and was very helpful. The hotel has good amenities and entertainment. It has a gate that gives you access to a road with amazing restaurants, shops and the beach, it is a 10 minute walk but is fun as you walk through little cute streets. I will definetely recomend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and do the best they can to accommodate English language speakers. The Deluxe Rooms are great for the price. My wife celebrated her 60th birthday during our stay, and the staff made it special by decorating our bed with flowers and towel origami. A group also came to our villa and sang a Balinese version of "Happy Birthday" over a small cake with a candle. We choose not to stay in resorts, so we don't expect resort standards.
