"We have just had a night stay at suncrest it had everything we needed for a night and the location is great its very close to the Blackpool tower( just a 5 minute walk)and attractions we was visiting. The host is very helpful he let us leave our luggage before check in and also let us leave our luggage the day we checked out as we wasn't getting the train till later that day a very big help so wasn't carrying bags all day we would stay again. "Loved our stay here. Warm welcome. Spotlessly clean accommodation. Everything you could wish for in the room, lots of storage, mirrors, lighting, towels, toiletries, tea coffee and biscuits, a fan and hairdryer. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, good quality and very friendly, efficient staff. Great location for the Blackpool attractions. Would definitely recommend and visit again. "Very good value for money. Room was small but functional for a mini trip to blackpool and plenty of tea and coffee was provided. Also appreciated that a fan was provided as it was a very warm night. The owners were a lovely couple and offered to let us check in early so we could go off and enjoy our day. Hotel was also in a very good location, being a reasonable walking distance from both the pleasure beach and central pier. "

"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
