Breakfast is good and plentiful. Dot is very warm and welcoming. Room was cozy and having a mini fridge was handy for cheeky predrinks and juice for when we can back. Lots of little toiletries should you have forgotten any essentials. We would definitely come back as its walking distance to the town and a bargain price.

Lovely breakfast and very welcoming. Could do with a bit a spruce up but was fine for the couple of days we were there

There was a friendly welcome on arrival. The room was really well maintained with an en suite in good condition. There was a full set of toiletries in the room and a good selection of hot drinks and also a fridge. Breakfast was available. I did not have this as i knew I would not be hungry at breakfast time, but it looked good on others' tables. Many Blackpool B&B have given up on breakfast, so this was good to see. Would definitely stay again.
