Great find for a good value stay in a central location ideal for sights, and also handy for transport network with nearby trams and station. Martin and Jorge were super helpful. Room was spacious and clean with everything you could need, including tea and coffee making facilities and plenty of fresh towels. Breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again when in Blackpool.

I always stay at the pelham when visiting blackpool, the rooms are immaculately clean the staff are amazing, the breakfast is very good, and all amenities are close by I have told all my friends about the pelham and they now book it when staying in blackpool, my only issue with the pelham is the stairs however that isn't a bad thing unless you have disability issues. Overall I would always stay at thebpelham Martin and George are both great hosts I will be returning next year if not before

Everything you could wish for in the room, lots of storage, mirrors, lighting, towels, toiletries, tea coffee and biscuits, a fan and hairdryer. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, good quality and very friendly, efficient staff. Great location for the Blackpool attractions. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Martin was a fabulous host very knowledgeable about Blackpool, the room was very clean and a big king size bed to relax in. Breakfast was a typical full English or your cereals and yoghurts. If your looking for parking the Guest house has only 5 car parking spaces so first come first serve.
