"We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the hotel. Location is near perfect. Very safe area. Food, shopping, pharmacy, grocery etc all just steps away. A short walk to Kennedy Park. A beautiful walk to Barranco along the ocean ( 20 minutes ). If you can get a room on the 6th floor it’s a plus. Pool and gym on that floor. Staff was friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English. Maid service was excellent. Also a good coffee shop downstairs. Now for the real shining star, the breakfast...

"The hotel looks brand new and has its own strong style (although I wouldn't qualify it as boutique in the western sens of the term), and look like a remodeled house which is pretty nice. At the time of our visit, it looks they were actually still working on some improvements or storing materials to do so. Breakfast is basic but good, and served in the coffee shop that is in the hotel, but open to other customers, so it can add a bit of wait. Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants."

"This is a basic hotel with a super shower. Breakfast is great - personally cooked and served. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lady who makes breakfast is truly so wonderful. We did our laundry with overnight service and it was clean/folded within 24 hours. Highly recommend. There is a convenience store directly across the street for all your needs; a market on the corner. Less than 15m walk to the beach overlook. Ideal location for MiraFlores."
