"The staff at the Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores are professional, helpful, and provided excellent service! The hotel has soap and shampoo as well as hand soap and lotion available. You will need to bring hair conditioner. The hotel has a taxi service that we found out on the last day. This makes it a little more convenient than waiting for an Uber. Our room was very cold and the floor was a little tacky. Overall, a great hotel near many restaurants just a short walking distance."
