"Fabulous stay in this lovely bed and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again! "

"It's a stylish hotel with a great location in Miraflores. Clean rooms and helpful staff at the front desk. Size of the bathroom is rather small but acceptable. The weak spot in my opinion is the selection at the breakfast buffet and the rather slow service."

"The hotel looks brand new and has its own strong style (although I wouldn't qualify it as boutique in the western sens of the term), and look like a remodeled house which is pretty nice. At the time of our visit, it looks they were actually still working on some improvements or storing materials to do so. Breakfast is basic but good, and served in the coffee shop that is in the hotel, but open to other customers, so it can add a bit of wait. Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants."

"Great location a block from the beach. Staff are very helpful and arranged a cab for me to the airport at 4 am. Breakfast is good. Place is spotless and rooms are huge. Pillows are too wide and bulky and beds a bit hard but it is an excellent place to stay"

"This is one of the best properties I stayed at in Lima. Even though the facility is not the newest, it is very comfortable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The chef is so nice and would make my omelettes and fresh juice everyday the way I liked it. I satyed there for 12 days and they made sure I felt welcomed. The location is strategic and near all the mayor areas in Miraflores. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Lima. "

"This property is wonderful. It is very well kept and modern. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because I wasn’t able to bring guests in with me. I did rent an apartment rather than a hotel because I wanted to visit with old friends while I visited Lima and provide a location for us to meet. Apart from that the unit is away from the attractions of Barranco, however it is almost perfectly nestled between barranco and Miraflores. Overall it was a great stay. I can definitely see...
