Encantador es una casa antigua y por lo tanto tiene que encanto al llegar me ofrecieron agua y un mapa de la zona de barranco y una atención magnífica

I don’t even know where to start. The room was large. It’s so full of furniture. It was hard to walk around. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. There’s mold in the bathroom and it’s pretty dusty. Don’t be allergic. It’s on a main street, but it wasn’t noisy at night. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance, but all in all the area is old and needs revamped just like this, Hotel.

Staying at Casa Falleri is spending the night in a museum! The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is eclectic and beautiful, the bed was comfy, the made to order breakfast was simple and delicious, and the location cpuld not have been better. A quick walk to the main square and ocean views, i would absolutely recommend this hotel and would book again if i were to return to Barranco.

Quaint and quirky!

The staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quirky, but in a great way. It's very unique, and the antiques and decor give it character. I've seen conflicting reviews online, but we really enjoyed the stay and it was exactly what we needed for our night in Lima.

An extremely quirky antique-filled hotel. Has a ton of atmosphere and a really unique vibe. (If you are looking for a sterile chain hotel, this is not your place!) This hotel has so much character and really kind, chatty staff.

The entire property smelt wet and like cigarettes. I spent 1 hour there and then booked another accommodation. They gave me 1/3 of my money back after I said I wouldn’t be staying. They also failed to pick me up from the airport when they offered to pick me up. The managers do not communicate properly and the place is ran down with stains everywhere in the main areas. Book elsewhere

Book now, wonderful hotel! We arrived very early from America and had arranged a car service which was there and waiting. Arriving to hotel the staff were immediately helpful and so friendly, even got to check in early. We met Giancarlo the owner who gave us a detailed tour of the hotel and his collection of antiques that are all over the hotel — so fun to meander and explore with such a unique wonderful host. Hotel is conveniently located near Barranco sites for walking but also a quick cheap Uber drive to Miraflores sites as well. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s a charming gem.

So this area of Barranco is still in process of getting the full face lift. However barely ten minutes walk and you’re in the midst of all the cool offerings of Barranco. The hotel is a museum as much as a hotel and the owner is a really amazing and helpful man. The entire staff was ready to assist me as a solo female traveler. They did everything to make me feel at home. That’s why you chose casa Falleri. Because you’re being welcomed into the home and into a piece of history.

Location, value

Great location to enjoy all that Barranco and Lima has to offer. An old mansion houses this boutique hotel. Lots of eclectic decor. They’ve had a rough go because of COVID and politics. But now Lima is fun and safe and Barranco is happening. The staff continuously offers to help you with anything.

This hotel only has 8 rooms. It is an old converted house which is very historical. It has a lot of collections of historical artifacts. It is unique and is in various states of condition. If you want a fancy elegant hotel this is not it. If you want a quaint hotel with charm and personal attentiveness from a family establishment then you will enjoy

I loved the quirkiness of the place. Just as a friendly aside, the rugs in the hallways could use vacuuming. I booked it online the address listed was not the actual address of the place. It took me to Av. Grau 730 in Miraflores. Thanks
