"Riad is a fantastic hotel in central Palma, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and eat. Professional yet friendly staff. The only time we took a taxi was to Anssia beach club. Nice quiet rooms, perfect climate, silent AC, comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Breakfast was also excellent, but the eggs Benedict came with béarnaise instead of hollandaise 😊"

"Amazing location - across the road from the Palace and the Cathedral. Managed to see the King of Spain who was leaving the palace at the same time we left the hotel. Able to walk to an amazing beach, harbour for a boat trip and in the central location for everything in Palma. Hotel was charming and spotless, breakfast was excellent and staff were all brilliant."

"All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! "

Second day was promised both had been fixed when i got to room in evening both air con and hot water had not been fixed. Was offered 25e off first night, not accepted. To be lied that room was repaired was worse than initial problem, now 2 nights no hot water and no aircon is disgraceful "
