The restaurant was particularly good, a really lovely menu with some more adventurous options as well as conventional choices, and beautifully prepared (and served). The Italian garden is wonderfully calm and charming."

"Stayed one night, room only. This is a great option if staying in the area. Very pleasant reception area and helpful staff. Our room on first floor was very lcomfortable and large enough for a sofa and sitting area with TV. Spacious bathroom. The only criticism is that the fittings are a bit outdated but worked fine. The pool is nice although the jacuzzi was out of action. We didn’t use it but there is a large fitness area with all the usual equipment. Plenty of free parking out front. Excellent value with Hotels.com. "
