"Staff were super efficient and friendly, the hotel had a friendly vibe, needs some modernisation, but in saying that did have quirky old fire places which I liked, just needed new carpets and painting"

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed having access to the castle grounds so close to our room. We asked for a fan in our room and it was delivered immediately . The restaurant for breakfast was only a minutes walk away and had a stunning view of the castle . The food was of a very high quality and good choice of individually cooked items , plus an extensive buffet. Thoroughly recommend for a special occasion ."
