We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner and our dog. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. She truly went the extra mile and was exceptionally kind, professional, and caring. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again.

A great 4 night stay. We ate at the hotel each evening, something different each night from the great menu. Mostly chosen for the surrounding area and despite a rather dire weather forecast we were out and about most days, and the spa and pool filled in one afternoon. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel public areas and gardens and are decorated and kept to a high standard and the staff very helpful, friendly and well presented. The room we had was nice although the bathroom is a little dated and perhaps needs a refit. The food was good and reasonably priced.
