I was greetwd by a lovely lady who showed me to my room and explained everything from breakfast time, the WiFi password to the adjustment of the temperature. The room was beautifully arranged and decorated with a separate entry hall, cupboard, large bathroom, which was stocked with complimentary hair and body wash.
