Hotel Review I stayed in one of the stable rooms, which was really lovely and comfortable. The food was very good, and the breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a really enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again.

Lovely property, our room was the front room of the stables, right on the road,but amazingly quiet. Very comfortable- great bed, great shower and plenty of room. We had a breakfast and 2 dinners during our time there, food and service top notch. Sam made us feel very welcome and took us to the room, showing us around. Very happy with our 3 night stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the White Hart and only wish it could have been longer! The building is full of history, very old but beautifully maintained. Parking was plentiful behind the establishment. We enjoyed a delicious meal and drink at the pub, and then retired to our clean and quiet room. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful; special thanks to Alex, Millie B, and Chaz. Breakfast featured lots of interesting options to choose from and was tasty. Would happily stay again!

We were upgraded to a larger double room, thank you, and all of the amenities were great. The inn is very old and there were no level floors! The bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished and the large shower worked well. Although we skipped breakfast, we did have dinner and drinks, taking advantage of the early evening happy hour for drinks, and receiving a discount for using the BLC for food. Just a shame that the steak night offers weren’t available.

The staff Sam, MiMi, the young man with dark hair and Caitlin behind the bar who gave us bus details were exceptional they go out of their way for you. Likewise the person who served us breakfast on Saturday morning. I think it is comfortable and so friendly. A little paint required in rooms.

We had a fantastically comfortable stay: the room was small but very nicely done, good bedside lights (not always bright enough we've found), the bed was really comfortable, shower good. Breakfast in a side room of the pub was absolutely delicious and beautifully laid out.

I stumbled on this little gem for a work stay ... but fell in love with hit as soon as i walked in - the staff are SO friendly and helpful, made you feel welcome straight away. The food is fantastic, i recommend Monday curry nights - unreal ! Breakfast was delish as well. My room was gorgeous, country vibes with a bit of glam, antique looking wardrobes, a fan, lots of coffee and tea and fresh milk ! I cannot wait to come back

An historic inn with nicely updated rooms. Excellent shower, large room and the most comfortable bed I have slept in so far on this 3 month trip. Beer in the bar is great with a good selection of wines. Food was good with some interesting Lebanese style dishes. Very quiet and I would highly recommend this inn.

This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.
