"It was all great except room 200, junior suite was very noisy from traffic. Can't close window do to AC unit. Staff friendly, clean property, good bed."
"The staff were friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel and aren’t concerned about much else, this may be a suitable option.
We stayed for seven nights, which ended up feeling much longer than we would have liked. On our second day, housekeeping refreshed our towels but accidentally left our room door open all day. After that experience, we chose not to use housekeeping services again, which became inconvenient when it came to managing our trash.
The rooms were not the cleanest, although the bed itself seemed decent. However, the bedding and much of the room’s furnishings appeared worn and outdated. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had.
I believe this hotel has a lot of potential if it were better maintained and updated. The pool was only open during the first two days of our stay, and it’s very small. Families with young children might get more use out of booking a room with a large tub, as it could be just as enjoyable for kids"
"Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away.
A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. A quiet atmosphere for families and a pool for the young at heart. Parking spaces in abundance.
There are other hotels in the near by area but you cannot go wrong with this Quality Inn."
"I drove 4 hours to Vestal at 1:20AM and was greeted by Evan, who showcased very poor behavior and attitude. He cancelled my reservation after getting frustrated when he was unable to explain hidden fees and proceeded to tell me I have no common sense before telling me to “get out of my establishment”. Working in a hospitality industry, this was far from hospitable and professional. Would not choose to book here again, would not recommend anyone spend their money here unless you like being treated poorly."
"This hotel was super close to Dreams Park. We were traveling for our 12 year old son playing in the Cooperstown Tournament Week 1. The staff was wonderful and I think we seen the full payroll because we were there for 7 days lol. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to housekeeping, they didn't miss a beat. Breakfast being included was a life savor!! And it was actually delicious with different options. Our kiddo stayed with us the first night and last night and the pull out couch was a great option for him. The size of the rooms are wonderful - I think slightly larger than a typical hotel room. The microwave and mini fridge was a HUGE plus. We grabbed a few items that was at the General Dollar so hold us over for late night snacks or random food times during any downtime. That was really convenient. This hotel is the closest to Dreams Park and was great for in between games/activities. 10/10 recommended!!
And it is only maybe 12 minutes from the "downtown" area and super close to many restaurants and ICE CREAM is everywhere. ;)"
