Sadly the restaurant was shutdown a year ago. The location was not good for my cellular service made it hard to locate nearby places to go. Room cleaning was very good and amenities were good also

It was a very basic clean room at a very fair price, and it suited our purpose while visiting family and attending a multi-class reunion in Otego/Oneonta perfectly.

Very old room. The residents that live in the motel make your stay very uncomfortable.

Older, semi rundown property that was very clean and maintained fairly well. Drive-up style motel that can lend itself to easy in and out. It was raining and activity was at a minimum.

Do NOT stay at this motel! It was dirty and we were fearful because of all the scary/shadey people around.

For the price it was fine. The blanket had a looked to be a cigarette burn. There was a good size clump of hair on the floor near the bathroom and the bathtub paint was all chipping off. Glad I was only there for less than 12 hours.

The hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink. The carpet was dirty. We were given fresh towels every day..we were there 9 days.

Clean room

The room was as expected for the cost. Everything was outdated but was in working order. Parking was okay. The phone in the room didn't work to get ahold of room service but I guess that's because they're updating their system. Room service came to clean while we were out and took two of my personal towels and no offer was made to replace them, so that was a little disappointing. Also, the restaurant is closed on the premises.

The staff was accommodating, we arrived in the area early and they didn't hesitate to give us access to the room earlier. I did call ahead first and they were helpful and accommodating. It's what you would expect for the price. The room was musty and our dated but it was clean and manageable. We would stay there again to save on money. It looked as if there were a few extended stay guest there but didn't see like trouble and they weren't too noisy or a problem

Lack of overnight staffing was a little disconcerting. that being said, the room was clean and the AC worked well.
