Fabulous location just steps away from the malecón that runs most of the length of the beach. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner as there were coffee grinds under a few items but with soap and a sponge that was easy to clean up. The hotel and staff are very professional and very friendly... 5 star service. Everyone at the hotel is super-friendly. They are always willing to go above and beyond for all of their guests. Raju and staff make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. The restaurant and bar is on the second level of the hotel... the food and drinks are first class.. originally I only intended to stay for 3 days, but my experience was so nice , I extended my stay for several more days.
