"We’ve spent 5 days in Chicago to celebrate my birthday. Since day 1, Pedro, the front desk agent has been extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us a list with his favorite restaurants and also recommended some activities to do. The hotel was incredible but Pedro made Chicago so special for us! We owe you a special thanks! And of course a gift but we couldn’t see you in our last day:( Thank you Pedro!"

"Very nice hotel. The window in my room was cracked. And the heat/air conditioner didn’t work. And there was no outlet near the bed to charge your phone. Other than the above, it was a very pleasant time. And the location is very convenient."

"We had an issue with air conditioning when we were there and the staff was terrific through that. We ultimately ended up having to move to another room but the team did everything they could to make it smooth and easy. Also, the location of this property is perfect, especially if you like to walk around the city. We would definitely stay again, just for the staff and the location."

"The Trump Hotel was located in the best center place possible in the heart of Downtown Chicago, walkable distance to literally everything, bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, walk by the river and boat tours, magnificent mile, millennium park and the bean, the willis skydeck... it's also Super clean! Fresh nice smell in the hallways and the rooms. Lake view room had the entire Downtown and the lake view covered. Super amazing!!!! Amenities top notch. Very polite and friendly staff. Terrace 16 was a little slow but amazing food and ambiance. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel staff was so kind. I had called asking if they would hold my bags until check in so we could explore the city and to my surprise was allowed to check in at 11am!! The staff was so so kind, always greeting when we were coming and going. They also offered to hold our bags after check out until we were ready to leave the city. Incredible staff and so much appreciated!!!!"

"In our mid 60's and after walking about town all day we came back to find that our elevator was broken. Unfortunately, our room was on the top floor and steps were our only option."
