"Check out young woman was excellent She went out of her way to staore bag for me as I have another reservation in 2 days time. Place is like a fortress large sturdy fence needing to swipe a few times to get to lobby I enjoyed my stay. All staff are young and helpful. I didn't need to use my poor spanish at all"

"Beautiful place, an oasis in the suburbs of Madrid. Lovely gardens, there was always a shaded area, nice pool, room was spacious, clean, good air con, nice bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've slept in, had the best nights sleep in years. I would go back just for the bed! The gentleman at reception was kind and helpful throughout our stay, we were allowed to leave our luggage in a safe area after check out and stay in the gardens until it was time for us to leave to catch our bus....

Our only concern were the beds, not enough for 3 travellers. We did not have any bedding for the child on the couch, so I would ask for it specifically next time. This time we were very busy and coming to the suite very late, so did not have a chance to ask for it. The double bed is quite small, too, (I would say a twin rather than queen size) and we are...

"This is a great option for a hotel close to the Madrid airport. We've stayed at another Madrid airport hotel in the past, and this one was definitely an upgrade! The room and hotel were spotless, and the staff was helpful. We paid more than we thought we should have for a single night near the airport, but it was a good stay otherwise! Oh, and there's a shuttle to the airport, which is convenient."

"We stayed for one night in the deluxe building and it was excellent. Newly renovated it seemed, really comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Tea and coffee and mini fridge. A 2 minute walk to metro line 8 which makes travelling into the centre so easy. Took about 20 mins. Loved our stay and woukd definitely stay again. "
