"The hotel’s lovely and in a stunning location. The front desk clerk was super helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks English (and many speak multiple languages) which is very helpful & welcoming. My only qualm is that only some rooms have elevators; others are accessed exclusively by stairs. Aside from that inconvenience (my fault, not theirs), it was a lovely stay in a beautiful town. "

"I switched from another hotel to this one, which was a bit like an Air BnB. Great location and self checkin. Providing information online was a bit cumbersome at first but once my travel information was received, I was sent an email with entry code for the buildign and my room. It was a small. comfortable room with a private bath. There is a shared kitchen with an eating area. Each room is alloted a tray in the fridge and in the kitchen. My room was near the ktichen so some tourists were a little loud when eating breakfast or dinner. The decor is bright and colorful and the cleaning person is efficient and keeps everything nice and tidy. There is a neighborhood store nearby and avoid Leo's Cafe the owner is a foul tempered man not conducive or exemplary of the friendly and wonderful Portuguese culture that I experienced in my two weeks traveling in Portugal. I would stay at this location again as it had a full kitchen that would be great for a longer stay adn provided me the privacy I prefer. The pictures are accurate of how things look and the wifi is strong and the TV channels are available in English as well as Portuguese. YOu can also use Netlfix/Prime, etc. "

"Great location in the historic section of Albufeira. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly. Maria Eugenie checked me in when I arrived. The hotel is on a hill facing the center. It was difficult to get rideshares to show up because it is a one way into the city center. The hotel was in a great location. The hotel itself is in need of some love and attention. Their is a pool and the water was too cool for me, but I saw some Irish tourists swimming with no issue. :) I prefer warmer water. For the cost of the hotel, I did expect the bathroom to be in better condition. The tile in the bathroom needs deep cleaning as there was mold on many tiles. For the cost, I expected a bit more but it was during peak season and I was lucky to get this reservation in this area. I would stay here again but I wouldn't pay the rate that I did. I think each night I stayed averaged about 13-150/night. I ended up staying at an air bnb a bit further away but with nicer more modern amenities. "

"Cute hotel, staff was awesome, rooftop was a plus, everyday there is a drink special, Tiago was an awesome bartender. If your going there to party your in the right place, if you want to rest and re charge not the hotel for you it’s on the party street and very loud until 3-4 am. Breakfast was also great. Beach is a 2-3 m walk. "
