"We have used this hotel before to visit family. Its a lovely hotel and so comfortable with amenities just outside. You can easily walk down to the beach. The rooms are very clean with a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a coffee machine and a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and water."

Location is very nice - less busy but only 2 blocks away from the subway station which takes us to a train station without transfer (<20min). To the Barcelona airport it took < 60 min.
Beaches are within 10 min of very nice walk. Tons of great restaurants around and front staff gave us great instructions where to eat."
"This is a great location to the beach if you plan on making it your main activity. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest but everything else was fine. It is kind of dicey to stay in a hostel so big as you will get a multitude of people."

Plenty clear communication to the fact is no attendance at the reception in between 18:00 and 22:00 and easy to adjust your plan according to this.

"We needed to be close to the Conference center so very convenient. Bed was very comfortable, very quiet rooms. We loved the access to the beach. We also went to nearby Poblenou which felt less touristy and more ‘local’. Nice and convenient mall at Diagonal. Staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions"

Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!

The walks were a fun way to feel the charm of the city. The rooftop patio at Acta Voraport had amazing views of the city... coffee in the bottom level restaurant was a wonderful way to start the day on our walking tours of the city. The staff was helpful and kind.
The staff was friendly and amazing! Loved the nightly, turn down service with chocolates. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! The spa was amazing! I swear the masseuse has magic hands because my back and legs were sore for days from all the walking I had been doing...and after the massage I was pain free!! We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. Our room was wonderful and the bathrooms have been updated...
It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.
The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I recommend anyone to stay here - We give it a 5 stars! 👍😄
