"I have mixed feeling about this hotel. Its location and staff are great, but the room I stayed have power trip issue, I lost power even without plug in anything. The room installed motion light surrounding the bottom of the walls, but the motion light is faulty, it randomly light up with a beep sound even without people moving and talking at night. It’s annoying when you are ready to sleep and the light goes on and off whole night. "
"From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I loved it. The staff was very helpful and the location is nice and quiet. The hotel was very clean and I liked the layout of the room. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Barcelona."
"Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready.
Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property.
Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh). "
