"This is a good basic clean hotel, it is a little out of the way but there are nearby trams that take you into the centre. It’s a 30-40 minute walk from the main train station or you can get the number 18 tram. I feel that the kitchen in the pictures is misleading, there is a hob but no utensils to cook with. I stayed in a single room and there were just 2 small side plates, 1 glass, 1 cup and minimal cutlery. The pictures show a coffee machine but there wasn’t one. I was only staying for 2 nights so I didn’t miss having one but if you are a coffee lover be aware of this. The staff were efficient and the area felt safe. There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk from the hotel"

"Lo que más me gustó fue los alrededores muy bonitos y limpios, cerca hay varias opciones de cafetería , restaurantes y mercado donde se puedan variar la opciones y más económicas.Lo que no me gustó la opciones de desayuno 25E, para 2 50E, un poca cara, el aire acondicionado no funciona, por lo demás lo veo bien, aunque raro los colores de pasillo, la alfombra"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location is excellent and made it incredibly easy to get around the city. Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!"
