"In the business district but still places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Metro very close so excellent connections into the centre of Vienna. Very clean and well maintained. Room bigger than average with air con. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast adequate."

"Modern, clean and spacious room. Stuff is really friendly. Would definitely recommend."

"Great location near transit and not far from the historic center. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"I stayed here for a combination of conference and pleasure. The hotel staff and the pizza bar staff were incredibly helpful and polite. All faculties including the rooms were exceptionally well kept. In "normal" times I would highly recommend the hotel. Unfortunately, construction of a railway immediately outside both side streets started at 630-645 am. I got no sleep unless I went to bed many hours earlier. Which negates the enjoyment of Vienna. Had the hotel posted that there was construction...

"Loved it!! Great location by the prader. Super hip vibed. Loved the views from my porch. I can’t get over how cute the design was."

"Thebpeoplenwerenso nice in helping us with everything. It’s close to metro station. Rooms are wide and clean but start to look dated. But in general that was pretty good"

"The whole place was really clean and staff was helpful. The surrounding area was really quiet and there was a small grocery store across the street with a few food vendors which was perfect to get some things we needed on our trip."

"This hotel was a delight for our family! Everybody was so helpful and amazing. We had a warm welcome. From the day manager to our host when we arrived at night Mr Cruzzetti! We were delighted. Breakfast was delicious too! 10/10 From South Dakota and Las Vegas"

"Clean room and lovely property"

"Although some areas dated, overall experience was positive. Front desk staff of Anthony,Posit and Nomin and one other young blond gentleman were friendly cordial, professional and very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel was not on main road in Vienna, so we did a lot of walking and It was close to bus lines. Its distance from road made it quiet. The grounds were peaceful. Breakfast had many choices and was tasty All other staff we encountered were friendly.. Enjoyed our stay."
