"The property was fine. Food selection and service was poor. Signage was terrible. Prices for food and drink were off the charts costly. No excuse for the prices, a complete rip off. Will never stay at any Harrah’s again"

"Be prepared to pay extra for absolutely everything even things you thought were included. You can’t even walk in and out of the sauna without paying an extra $100! $100 FOR USING IT FOR LESS THEN 5 MINUTES!! YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING!! BOTTLED WATER IN YOUR ROOM $25!"

"First time staying here. Most definitely will be staying here again. It is clean and the rooms do not stink. The only thing is when you are checking in they do not have a full staff in registration desk and the wait time is between 30 mins to an hour or more"

"Upgraded to a better room and better view of the pool and High Roller Ferris wheel. Clean room, staff and cleaning crew were awesome. I like the hotel that’s close to Caesars palace for our JLO concert that weekend. We enjoyed the middle of the strip, the promenade walk, where there’s lots to see, eat, drink and do, this hotel is the ONE, you can thank me later ! :)"
