Excellent rooms and staff was friendly.

Swimming pool and MarketPlace. I did not like the area around the off grounds of the Hotel. There were Drug Addicts and Mentally Unstable People near the Hotel Area.

All staff was friendly , front desk, housekeeping, food service. The room was clean and comfortable! The surrounding areas were well kept and I felt very safe!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was great! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! We had breakfast every day. There was always enough food even on the weekends! Bagels, waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit ! The location of this hotel was perfect too. Plenty of stores, restaurants and coffee shops close by ! I will definitely be staying there the next time I go to Henderson, NV.

Clean, well maintained property. Good checkin. Excellent bed, television choices and room layout. Only negative: poor insulation in the ceiling such that noise from upstairs guest moving around the room was loud and intrusive.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Clean. Having a suite with a kitchen was great. The breakfast was phenomenal with healthy choices and delicious!

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! For starters our flight got in much earlier than anticipated and they were able to accommodate a early check in - no issues or charge. This was so appreciated as we were exhausted. Ashley was our check in person and she was AWESOME. The rest of the staff was equally great. The rooms are spacious, new, and CLEAN! We normally stay at the Encore or Wynn, but their rooms we more expensive than usual. I decided to book a room at Conrad and save some money. My husband was not happy about it and even spent our flight looking up available rooms at the Wynn. He changed his tune the minute we walked into the lobby and actually thanked me when we got up to our room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The SAHARA is perfect when you are coming to the with your sweetheart. I made the mistake of bringing my kiddos with us and booked the Antoinette Room. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM.IF YOU HAVE KIDS! THERE IS NO PRIVACY AT ALL! There is no door to the shower / bathroom. The toilet has a slidimg door that even though closed has a crack that u can clearly see in. The wall of bedroom is a window that you can see whoever is in the shower. This room is for freaky deakys lol.. but a very nice room...

I always stayed in this hotel (before its name was Bally's). Closed to everything (transportation, foods, attractions, shopping, CVS, entertainment such as Bellagio and Paris), the price was affordable, clean and nice, and excellent service. Easy check in and check out. Perfect.
