"Breakfast is not ok. They have rules where breakfast is "continental" not complete breakfast...totally absurd. You either have breakfast buffet or not....they cheat you by offering breakfast that is only 1 cup of coffe and a piece of bread instead of breakfast un less you pay 220 pesos extra 15 usd that the buffet quality really does not sifice what you expect.....terrible breakfast policy. "Breakfast included" should say "1 cup of coffe included" no breakfast included really....cheaters"

"I have been requesting a refund from you for our unused third night at this hotel due to the bites I received while sleeping and the strong evidence of bedbugs in both beds in both of our 2 rooms. This was entirely unacceptable and I deserve a refund. Who would stay in such a hotel for another night?"
