"A nice place. The rooms are clean. Amenities are great. A whole atmosphere is good but I am English speaking and the Spanish speaking so there was just a little bit lacking there. All in all I'll give her 4.5 nobody gets a five"

"This hotel is fantastic really. Our room was VERY clean and comfortable. Love seat, little table, microwave, mini fridge, little sink, good hot water, king bed, a little coffee maker, TV and good a/c. It is in the perfect location close to 3 parks and restaurants all around AND the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff helped us gringos in so many ways, they are super. Good security. Nice pool. We love the place."

"Room are great with that choice of full kitchen just in case more with kids, or for long stay I like the option but for that reason no restaurant in site, but big mall with restaurants and food court across the street, also museum and plenty of others shops around walking distance transportation is great, city center is about 15 in uber. For what I need was perfect and breakfast was included. Very very clean."

"In one of the best areas of Merida. Lovely walk along the 60th avenue to the main square. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. The staff was very professional and polite, Gioana at the reception desk was exceptionally kind and helpful always."

"The single room was very small but smartly outfitted with clothes hooks, outlets and lighting. The bathroom took up half the room so was a good size. Air conditioning and wifi were great. The door technology was quite impressive and unexpected, but a very nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pool was also quite nice but could have been cleaned more often due to the dead insects floating on the surface."

Restaurant is amazing. Their brunch is so good and their French toast is to die for! Had the lunch tacos and they’re possibly the best tacos ever. "
