"Good location an easy flat walk to the main part of town. Breakfast was good and the lunch and dinner options were delicious. A few nice places to eat close by too. The staff were very helpful especially Daniel who has excellent English skills. The cooking class was also entertaining."

"We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! "

The breakfast was great, fresh and welcoming. And the staff were incredible! Their suggestions of the area helped craft a great experience for our stay, and were very helpful. Finally the laundry service was a great addition to buy us some holiday time back on our trip. 10/10 overall. "
