Getting to the hotel was easy and Check in was fine. Our issue began the following day when we didn’t have hot water to shower, the power went out completely and my sister in laws pajamas and nephews shirt went missing. We reported it and asked if it maybe had been taken with the linens during the outage and they said laundry was made through third party and would have to wait for them to check if they took it with the sheets . So we waited them to call which they didn’t do so we called and they said it was not found and they couldn’t do anything about it. The third day the tshirt was miraculously folded on the chair and yet the pajamas no where to be found. They didn’t want to give us the manager contact and said she was already aware but nothing could be done. Our rooms were not swept at all in 4 days either and her room was never restocked with coffee and just 1 water for 4 people. It wasn’t a great experience overall.
